General Secretary, Gerardo Martinez, Minister of Labour and National Social Security, Dr Carlos Tomada, the President of the Argentinean Chamber of the Building Industry [Cámara Argentina de la Construcción (CAC)] Engineer Enrique Wagner and national, provincial and municipal officials attended UOCRA Auditorium in order to deliver the adjudicative protocols for tool equipment corresponding to the first stage within the frame of the National Plan of Qualification for the Building Workers.
This delivery of machinery and tools included, in this opportunity, ten building workers training centers located at Capital Federal, Gran Buenos Aires, Mar del Plata, Santa Fe, Salta, Catamarca and Corrientes
The National Plan of Qualifications for the Building Workers, which frames this delivery, is the result of agreement between the Labour Ministry, UOCRA, the Argentinean Chamber of the Building Industry [Cámara Argentina de la Construcción (CAC)] and the Institute for Building Industry Statistics and Registration [Instituto de Registro y Estadística de la Industria de la Construcción (IERIC)]
With the technical support of UOCRA Foundation for training, this enterprise includes the delivery of machinery and tools to provide a major infrastructure for the different Building Workers Training Center throughout the country, in order to promote the building worker labour market insertion by means of better training and labour qualification.
