Gerardo Martinez, head of the Argentine Building Workers Union [UOCRA] and Foreign Affairs Secretary of the Argentine Federal Confederation of Labour [CGTRA] exposed on the topic “THE WORKING WORLD IN THE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS” developed within the frame of the course on this subject by the Chancellery for the National Foreign Service Institute [ISEN] candidates.

Martinez, who shared the panel with Daniel Funes de Rioja, the Argentine Industrial Union [UIA] and International Union of employers [UIE] representative; Adolfo Aguirre, Argentine Workers Central [CTA] representative and Julio Rosales, Foreign Affairs Director of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security [MTESS] showed the vision of the working sector in a module which dealt with the chapter on social dialogue in the working world in the international relations, from his personal experience as Titular Member of the (ILO) International Labour Organization’s Governing Body
