Gerardo Martinez, UOCRA´s General Secretary and Dr Oscar Cuartango, Buenos Aires Labour Ministry concluded a Cooperative Bargain For Work Registration And Control Of the Workplace Conditions.
 
Besides, Worker Secretary Noemí Rial for the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security and members of UOCRA National Board of Directors took part in the meeting.
 
The agreement stipulates joint strategies and work actions between the trade union and the Buenos Aires Ministry in order to promote and guarantee the best labour conditions and duly registered work, enforcing the current labour legislation related to safety and hygiene and environment.
 
The agreement includes joint training actions, for workers as well as for building industry employers, operational controls to verify that the building industry work conditions are met as well as to detect and correct any breach of the labour legislation and social safety among other actions.
