Dear Sir,

               I am writing this letter to let you know about my personal situation: It was 30 months ago, when my partner, JORGE DOMINGO ADDUCCI, ID number 7785672, ConstruArq S.A.’s building worker, needed Construir Salud Health Insurance, due to his poor health condition.
Such a wonderful thing! We constantly met highly supportive personnel, whenever we had to manage something.
First, in Lomas de Zamora, all the workers in charge of Karina, ready to give a helping hand…and always a smile.
Then, because of his complex health condition, Jorge was sent to Sanatorio Franchín. There the same: cordiality and efficiency when we needed to take a turn, prescriptions, etc. Abnegation behind each worker, everybody giving their best.
We met the otolaryngology medical team, the physicians Macomini and Revelli (now she is under a leave). More than surgeons, HUMAN BEINGS. To the extent that, Doctor Revelli, who is nowadays professionally updating abroad, asks for my partner’s health by e-mail.
Afterwards, Dr. Fidel, Oncologist, with loving arms to hug at the right moment. Dr Neville, Psychiatrist, thoughtful, he never stopped telling me “think of you”.
What else? Who else? Everybody. The Auditory Department, Oncological Medicine (Laura and Guillermo). Medicine authorization (Silvia Campari), Karina in admission. Mr. Martinez, take your time to meet this lady. She is one of those women who make Argentina a GREAT country. Mrs. Mara and Marta from Social Promotion, who apart from being engaged in her work they have a special supportive capacity. Ms. Solana, on the first floor at Avenida Belgrano, trying to find out a solution to all our requirements. And so on, in each single department.
Congratulations for all you could get! I will not belong to this Health Insurance, because my partner Jorge is no longer with us. But I want you to know I really appreciate your effort and ability to have the Health Insurance as it is today.
I will try to publish my acknowledgement in the media. I hope you can understand me.
