It  was entered a Cooperation and Technical Assistance Agreement, by and between Fundación UOCRA, presided by Gerardo Martinez and Di Tella Institute, presided by Torcuato Di Tella at the Argentine Building Workers Union venue.
The mentioned agreement has the goal of the Design and Implementation, under co-administration, Research, Training and Promotion actions of labour and employment issues. The present agreement frames the actions performed during the last two years between both organizations within the framework of the UNESCO Chair about the manifestation of Current Social Matters, and, at the same time, it activates an action plan which is mainly focused on studying and developing active policies for excluded Youngsters who search for a better social insertion and personal and collective development as well.

Finally, this agreement is within the Policies proposed by UOCRA Social Network in order to articulate the trade union action with the Argentine educational field so as to create, within the framework of consensus and dialogue, public and sector policies which activates solidarity, equity and social justice.
