Gerardo Martinez participated as Panel guest in the academic sessions within the framework of the International Postgraduate Seminar on the Bicentennial called “Public policies, Solutions to nowadays crisis”, organized by Universidad del Salvador, EPOCA Postgraduate School City Argentina and Universidad Carlos II of Madrid, carried out at Universidad del Salvador of Buenos Aires City, being attended by more than 80 public officers, professionals, business executives, political and social leaders in public and private leadership positions.

This course has part-time attendance which allows people follow-up classes through communication virtual systems throughout the country. Gerardo Martinez showed his Viewpoint on International Organizations: International Labour Organization, International Trade Union Movement and the relationship with the international financial organizations and UOCRA Social Network, as an example of Union Organization which, apart from its main objective, it is devoted to the healthcare, education, environment, childhood and culture. He also interacted with the attendants’ questions and those who took part through teleconference.
