UOCRA General Secretariat stipulated a mourning day and work stoppage for an hour at all building workplaces throughout the country on November 25, 2008 in memory of Ariel Quiroga who died in legitimate defense of building workers’ rights, as a result of irrational killer nature from those who want to impose by force the rights that should be defended through rational and legal means.
