Compañeros and Compañeras[*] the signature of this new agreement is the successful coronation of more than four years of insistence and work of this union organization that honoring his basis and principles, offers to its workers a new tool that will doubtlessly dignify us by generating fair work conditions.
This new agreement sets out to regulate the labor relations between workers under the framework of the Collective Bargaining Agreement 76/75 and Act 22,250, and the companies that develop tasks in different types of fields; the UOCRA, the Argentine Federation of the Construction Organizations [FAEC] and the Argentinean Chamber of the Building Industry [CAC] have signed and the present agreement have been already approved by the National Labour Ministry.
