Martinez assured that it is necessary to generate the conditions of equality between men and women. The Trade Union is the natural organization to defend our rights.
In Argentina we can vindicate the leader who gave us the chance, six decades ago, that today unionism be inserted in a scheme of power, with Evita, who summoned us to be organized and to be protagonists of
our history.

In that process, women participation is essential.
Nowadays, defending the professional interests is not enough, it is also necessary to protect and build up a supportive network, with education, culture, and taking care of the different aspects for all the workers.

This action is what strengthens our Argentine labor movement.
The unfairness we live today in our workplace, are visible, women
discrimination, in wages, in directive positions, it is a gap that Capitalism has not been able to save.

In my activity, the building work, we have 1500 affiliated female workers. This women
active participation will be able to change history.

That is our challenge and there it will find us, vindicating Evita flags.

It is necessary to support the Decent Work motto with real contents of the union movement strengthening, and that is seen in the growth of this sister organization, UATRE, from all the work that Jerónimo Benegas has made. Thank you very much
